I was blessed with so much. Of course, there were ups and downs. Tears of joy, and tears of sadness, but over all, I spent it with the people I love most, and that’s all that matters. I brought in the new year continuing my senior year. And it was a great year. I began to truly understand the meaning of friendship, and I gained my best friend. Along with many many many very close friends. I learned what it means to truly seek God and what it means to sacrifice something you love so much to follow him. I left to AIM and met friends of a lifetime. I have learned the meaning of life and death, and the love that we as humans are capable of. I have met a family who has changed my life, who has shown me what it means to love God and trust him with every breath taken. I have been at my lowest point where all I had left to do was trust that God knew what he was doing, and I have made it through that. I have experienced line dancing, and going out to have some fun. I have learned so much about the Bible and how to use God’s word in my own life. I have learned how to handle long distance, and so so much more. I was blessed with a beautiful niece and have been blessed by a loving and supporting family. I have realized how much I love Miami and the people I surround myself with, and also how much I want to spend the rest of my life here, after AIM. This year has been God working through my life. It has been a year of learning, growing, and blessing after blessing, all of which I hope this year is also filled with..
